2024 Walt Disney World Packages – Changes
Disney Dining Plans
Walt Disney World has brought back its incredibly popular dining plans, which were canceled when the parks closed in 2020 due to COVID-19 and never returned. Two dining plans will be offered for 2024 (for arrivals after January 9, 2024), the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan and the Disney Dining Plan. The Disney Plus and Deluxe Dining Plans are not making a return for 2024 (we are still hopeful for 2025!).
Disney Quick Service Dining Plan
Each person in your party (3 and older) will receive the following for each night of your stay:
- 2 Quick-Service Meals Per Night of Stay
- 1 Snack or Nonalcoholic Beverage Per Night of Stay
- 1 Resort-Refillable Mug
Disney Dining Plan
Each person in your party (3 and older) will receive the following for each night of your stay:
- 1 Quick-Service Meal Per Night of Stay
- 1 Table-Service Meal Per Night of Stay
- 1 Snack or Nonalcoholic Beverage Per Night of Stay
- 1 Resort-Refillable Mug
Please note that all guests on your reservation must purchase the exact same dining plan for all nights of your stay. You are not able to mix dining plans or only purchase a dining plan for a portion of your stay.
Disney Theme Park Reservations
Finally! Disney theme park reservations will cease to exist for most park guests starting on January 9, 2024. For all 2023 packages, and 2024 packages through January 8, 2024, theme park reservations are still required. If you are traveling with a dated ticket starting January 9, no theme park reservations will be required for your stay. All tickets sold as part of a Tiki Room Travel package are dated. If you travel with an Annual Pass or group ticket, theme park reservations will continue through all of 2024.
